• 35,000 Square feet located in Hackensack, New Jersey
• 9 Filling Lines (9 Filling Machines) with capacity of 100K units per day
• Filling machine includeS 5 automatic and semi automatic piston fillers, 1 hot filler & 2 gear type fillers for liquids
• 2 fully automatic tube fillers capable of filling 40K per day
• 8 Mixing kettles with largest batch size of 600 gallons (sweep, homogenizing & lightning type agitation)
• 5 Inkjet Batch coders
• 3 Automatic labeling machines • Homoginization systems • De-Ionized water system
• Tamper evident systems
• Shrink wrapping systems
• Induction sealing for plastic jars and bottles
